SEF services exclusively for Ukrainian citizens

As of today, March 3, the Immigration and Border Service (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras - SEF) provides service desks exclusively for Ukrainian citizens in its delegations and National Support Centres for Migrant Integration (CNAIM).

The goal is to expedite applications for temporary protection of Ukrainian citizens upon their entry into Portugal.

The services and their working hours are as follows:

Lisbon, Tagus Valley and Alentejo Regional Office

• António Augusto de Aguiar (Lisbon) : workdays from 9am to 8pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Regional Department of Investigation and Inspection (Loures) : workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Évora Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Cascais Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Portalegre Delegation: workdays from 5pm to 8pm

• Santarém Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Setúbal Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Lisbon Airport: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Lisbon CNAI: workdays from 9am to 5pm

Algarve Regional Office

• Algarve Regional Directorate Head Office: workdays from 5pm to 8pm

• Faro Citizen Shop: workdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm

North Regional Office

• Headquarters of the North Regional Office: workdays from 9am to 8pm

• Bragança Delegation: workdays from 9am to 8pm

• Vila Real Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Viana do Castelo Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• Braga Delegation: workdays from 9am to 5pm

• CNAIM Porto: workdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm

Centre Regional Office

• Central Regional Directorate Head Office: workdays from 9am to 4pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Aveiro Delegation: workdays from 9am to 8pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Espinho Delegation: workdays from 9am to 4pm

• Figueira da Foz Delegation: workdays from 9am to 4pm

• Guarda Delegation: workdays from 9am to 4pm

• Leiria Delegation: workdays from 9am to 4pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm

• Viseu Delegation: workdays from 9am to 4pm

Madeira Regional Office
